The following features are currently implemented in Wizlib Digital Libarry:

1. Create, Edit, Descripe, and Secure Collections
2. Add items in bulk to a collection
3. Edit items in bulk
   • The information about items in a collection can be downloaded as a file and edited.
4. Add, Edit, Delete, and Secure Items
5. Browse and Search Collections
6. Add, Edit, Delete Collection Display Templates
7. Add, Edit, Delete admin defined groups
   • An Administrator may define groups based on Ip address, or by writing php code to define those who belong to the group(no need to modify the software to add the php code)

The following features are planned for the next release:

1. Create Multi-Part Documents in Hierarachle or Flat Strutures
   • If you have many items that belong together, you may group them into a single object.
2. Unicode
   • With the integration of unicode (utf-8) in mysql, Wizlib will soon be Utf-8 compatible
3. OAI 2.0
   • The Digital Library will respond to the oai 2.0 queries for unifiying digital collections.
4. Create portable version of a Collection
   • This version may be placed on a cd to allow a single user the ability to search or browse the given collection. The user will not be required to install any software or have internet access. This version is self contained.
